Fruit from a single vineyard in the Coal River Valley. Whole bunch pressed directly to barrel where it was naturally fermented and matured (20% new). It underwent 50% malolactic fermentation while lees ageing for ten months. Bottled unfined and filtered.
The two clones balance each other well, I10V1 provides citrus and acid while the P58 provides riper fruits and richness. A rich mouthfeel with ripe acidity at the core.
