Mewstone Pinot noir
Our flagship Pinot Noir is a culmination of years of understanding our vineyard. Typically we're using a little bit of whole bunch to add texture but it's very much dependent on the the fruit and the season that we have in front of us.We're always going to get a well-structured, really complex style of Pinotwith extremely low yields that produce intensely flavoured grapes. The result is a wine built for ageing, with layers of flavour and structure.
