hughes & hughes Rosé

hughes and hughes Rosé is a playful wine every year. Typically the recipe for the hughes and hughes Rosé has changed every season but it's always based on a red that is not Pinot noir which is slightly unusual in Tasmania. We're, fermenting this one in old barrels, which again is about building texture into the wine and often a mix of varieties so that we can get a lovely sort of array of fruit flavours into the wine.
