Solstice is our playful, ever-evolving red blend.The whole idea of the Solstice is to have a little novello red that we can release in time for the winter solstice here in Tasmania. The makeup is dependent on the season and what we have available. It's a blend of lots of different reds in most seasons. And we're looking for something really light and crunchy. Designed to be enjoyed young, it’s a vibrant, refreshing wine perfect for casual gatherings.
